2. Scope of Services
JS Careers provides job consultancy and staffing services, including publishing job listings, candidate sourcing, basic screening, interview coordination, and employer–candidate introductions. The Site is an informational and facilitation platform — it is not a job-board with direct employer hiring guarantees nor a job-portal that provides user accounts for end-to-end placement tracking.
3. No Guarantee of Employment
We assist in connecting candidates and employers but do not guarantee placement, employment, interview outcome, or the accuracy of employer-provided job details. Final hiring decisions rest solely with the employer.
4. User Obligations & Representations
By using our Site and services you represent and warrant that:
- All information you provide (including name, contact details, resume, qualifications) is true, accurate, and complete.
- You will update us promptly if any provided information changes.
- You will use the Site and our services lawfully and will not submit false, misleading, illegal, or harmful content.
- If you are an employer, you have authority to submit job listings and hire candidates as represented.
JS Careers reserves the right to suspend or refuse service if information is false, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
5. Candidate & Employer Information Sharing
To facilitate placements, candidate information (resume, contact details, interview availability) may be shared with prospective employers and hiring partners. By applying for jobs through our platform or submitting your profile, you consent to such sharing. We recommend you verify employer legitimacy before accepting offers or attending interviews.
6. Fees, Payments & Refunds
- Basic listing, candidate consultation, and inquiry services may be provided free of charge or per mutually agreed terms. Specific paid services (e.g., premium sourcing, bulk hiring solutions) will be subject to separate agreements or invoices.
- Unless a paid service agreement specifies otherwise, fees once paid are non-refundable. Any refund policy will be included in the specific service agreement or invoice.
- All taxes, duties, or other statutory charges applicable are the responsibility of the party indicated in the service agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, job listings layout, and design — is owned by or licensed to JS Careers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Links & Content
The Site may include links to third-party websites or employer pages. Such links are provided for convenience only. JS Careers does not endorse and is not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms. Use external links at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability
